01

Inaba facilitates proxy Umrah services exclusively for deceased Muslims or those suffering from medically certified permanent physical disability. All proxy rituals must strictly follow the Prophetic Sunnah and established scholarly consensus.

02

Requester Obligations & Pledges

The service requester pledges under religious and legal accountability that all provided beneficiary data, relationships, and supporting documents are genuine and accurate.

  • The requester must provide a valid official death certificate or accredited medical report certifying physical inability.
  • The requester acknowledges that proxy Umrah cannot be performed for individuals who are temporarily ill or capable of performing rites themselves.
  • Requests submitted with falsified documents will be rejected immediately without refund.
03

Performer Qualifications & Sacred Duties

Performers must be verified, competent adult Muslims residing in Saudi Arabia who have already performed their own obligatory Umrah. Performers must vocalize the proxy intention by name at the Miqat and execute all rites sincerely.

04

Live Audiovisual Documentation

Performers are obligated to capture clear audiovisual proofs at each ritual stage (Miqat, Tawaf, Sa’i, Halq/Taqsir). Evidence is subject to independent supervisor verification before being released to the requester.

05

Escrow Financial Security & Refunds

All payments are held in a secure escrow holding account. Funds are released to performers only after supervisor approval of all ritual proofs. Full refunds are granted if a request is cancelled before performer assignment.

06

Completion Certificates & Public Verification

Upon successful ritual completion and supervisory verification, an electronic Certificate of Completion is issued with a unique 64-character verification token for tamper-proof validation.

07

Amendments to Terms

Inaba reserves the right to amend these terms in accordance with applicable Saudi laws and Sharia regulatory guidelines.
